Wow! How did we end up booking this place through Expedia?!?! I guess the good news was that we were on the ground floor and it cost slightly less than $100 but in our view it would probably be priced correctly at $45/night. The window air conditioner was, like most window units, terribly noisy and the walls were paper thin.... More

The furniture was very dated. The bathroom was not well kept and cold. The bed was ok but not the best quality mattress. The room wasn't the cleanest. There were people in the yard till late, making lots of noise.

Spent one night here. I had reserved 2 rooms. The first room was not the best but liveable. The second room was disgusting...paint coming off walls, dirty carpets, dirty windows and stunk. So we asked for another room and it was also filthy. Extremely dirty carpet, smelly, stained bathtub, no plug ins in the bathroom and slept on beds that were... More

Dear Susan you bring 2-cats and reserved pet friendly rooms. Unfortunately being a small motel we have only two pet friendly rooms so we cannot offer you any other rooms. Also we showed you both the rooms and you selected one room and at that time you dont wont to cancel your reservation. At the time you stayed the rooms... More

Motel and room were highly dated but room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Very friendly arrival and helpful. If you are looking for a no frill place to stay and are not concerned with the dated decor and furniture, this hotel represent a decent value.

The hotel is on a major bus route, has a convenience store selection of breakfast items (each item was wrapped), and it's really quiet since it borders on a residential area. Excellent cable tv. I was offered a selection of vhs, at check-in. Went to a couple of yard sales one morning. Usually has rooms available for a last minute... More

The motel is one included with the Agawa Train Tour packages, so we assumed it was OK, just no frills. After reading negative reviews we contemplated changing motels at our expense, but we took a risk and stayed here for two nights. At check-in we explained why we were hesitant to stay. The woman claimed bad reviews were from upset... More

Very friendly welcome upon arrival and very helpful throughout our brief, stay. Ample parking, free wifi and clean rooms but, as many other reviewers have said, it is time for some refurbishment. The carpets were a little worn and the decor is quite old. Having said that, the motel is very convenient, decent value and well-managed.

This motel is very, very dated and is in dire need of repair, maintenance and upgrades. The accommodation was pricey considering the poor condition. The parking lot had cigarette butts everywhere yet there were only 2 other guests in the motel. The air conditioner in the office sounded like it was on it's last legs and could explode any minute.... More

The room had no hair dryer and no clock. The socket on the light fell out when I turned it on. No stopper in the drain in the bathroom. Blanket on bed was scratchy and ratty looking. Pricked my foot on tacks from a loose piece of fabric on the floor under the couch. Water in shower went cold on... More

Hotwire said that this hotel is similar to many "good" hotels. Not the case! This is your average, low budget cheap hotel. Broken furniture, holes in the walls, sagging matresses, funny odor as soon as you walk in to the lobby. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, and don't really care where, this is ok. However,... More
