We stayed at this hotel as we had the package for the Agawa Train Tour. As a reviewer who wrote previously mentioned that they had their room changed because their beds were uncomfortable, I requested that we have our room in the newer part of the hotel. It was very comfortable and very clean. I would definitely suggest this to... more

We were greeted in a friendly and personable manner. We were asked to review our needs and were asked if we wished to make any changes. At check-out, we were thanked for choosing the Travelodge and were wished a safe trip to our destination. The rooms were adjoining and afforded us the space we required. We only spent an evening... more

My husband and I just spent six nights at this hotel which in itself says that it was a decent place. We spent two nights on a king sized bed which had a mattress as hard as rocks. We then requested a different room and were immediately switched to one of the newer rooms which had two queen sized beds... more

I stayed 3 nights at this place for for business. A convenient location with all the amenities within walking distance: shopping mall, water front, restaurants and the company I was visiting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious for one or two persons. There is a fridge and coffee maker in the room. Wireless worked... more

Stopped over for 1 night on our way to Calgary. The parking lot was fine and it was inside the building. The lobby desk was fairly small, but that's ok. They gave me a corporate discount since I am a travel agent. We didn't stop for their breakfast coz we left very early in the morning. I saw a glimpse... more

Friends of ours told us about this Hotel, we new it was going to be nice but Holy Cow, the rooms are gorgeous! The room had a microwave and fridge and free cofee flat screen TV. We were given a free upgrade to a whirlpool room (it pays to be nice to people) We loved the covered parking as we... more

I reserved my room by calling the reservation number. I had reserved it a month prior, and reserved it with a credit card. When I got there they had overbooked and didn't have the room I requested. The room was smoke scented, had a view of an ugly roof, and the whirlpool tub looked old and dingy. The decor wasn't... more

Management response from
Hotelguy427, General Manager

The review from this guest is not very acurate and she forgets to mention the complete story. Firstly the booking was not made directly with the Hotel but through a third party reservation system. They requested our one and only "in the bedroom" whirlpool room. This room was not available and we immediately attempted to contact the guest, but they...
