I reserved my room by calling the reservation number. I had reserved it a month prior, and reserved it with a credit card. When I got there they had overbooked and didn't have the room I requested. The room was smoke scented, had a view of an ugly roof, and the whirlpool tub looked old and dingy. The decor wasn't... more
