What seems to be an older hotel in need of up-dating. When we first arrived at the room, our card wouldn't unlock the door. With that resolved, the door would not lock when closed. I chose this hotel due to its convenient location and affordable price but was pleasantly surprised by what they had to offer. I found the internet connection excellent and the the service of the front desk staff was exceptional (knowledgable and accomodating). The following morning I was again pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast and the courtesy breakfast area lady. More

As detailed by others, this hotel is dirty and outdated. No drinking fountain is available (you will be told that tap water is safe to drink). Stayed at this hotel because of the convenient location downtown .. unfortunately found out that this was its only redeeming quality. The service and staff were horrible, the room dirty, there was no heat even though the temperature outside was a cool 10 degrees ,, it was the worst hotel experience we have ever had in many years of travelling. Nice hotel located in the downtown. The staff were very cheerful. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the nice complimentary breakfast room. The indoor pool was also very well kept. No problem recommending this hotel. More
