My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend in mid May 2015. We were in a block of rooms reserved for a wedding we attended. Our room had a king sized bed and was modern, clean and comfortable. Given the reasonable price we paid, this place truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel was located right downtown... More

We stayed in a 2 double bed room so the room was small. The shower was quite dinky but had a great showerhead. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. This is a newer building and everything was quite clean. The internet was very fast. The breakfast was adequate and hot. You can walk to the river walk... More

The Sleep Inn in Sault Ste. Marie was our last stop on our cross country move from Vancouver, BC to Sudbury, ON. I had pre-paid for the pet-friendly room since the rates were reduced significantly. With their minimal $10 pet fee, I payed only around $80 for a king room. Their parking lot was quite large and we were able... More

On a journey from Niagara we wanted accommodation that is clean, comfortable, pet-friendly with free wifi and free breakfast. The Sleep Inn was all of these and more. Sault St Marie has an abundance of motels, hotels and inns so finding somewhere was not a problem. However, The Sleep Inn's location a short walking distance from the waterfront set it... More

A little creepy looking. Side door was left unlocked all night, there wasn't any parking (possibly cause of the greyhound game) and the room was dated. It might be the city vibe or i was cranky but the whole experience was a little dumpy. The front desk girl was the bright spot. She gave us her parking stall and was... More

Dailyn, I think you may have reviewed the wrong hotel. While we are located downtown, we are far enough away from the Essar Center that their events would not affect our parking. Also, we've recently undergone a full renovation so our rooms are sleek and modern. Thank you Joe Dore General Manager More

Our room was nice and clean. We had plenty of fluffy white towels and the bed linens were also good. Our beds were very comfortable. The room was dark which was nice for sleeping late. The motel had all of the basic necessities. The staff was very friendly. The motel is near many things to see. We visited a nearby... More

This is a very nice place to stay,,Very clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. It is not overly expensive and i have never had a bad experience here. The view of St Mary's River behind it is beautiful.

Not a 5 star but a really good basic hotel. Worth the money and isn't that what Trip advisor should be all about? Had a really good breakfast and the bed were nice also, The staff were friendly and in a nice part of town.

pyrohobie, I'm glad you enjoyed our breakfast. Our free hot breakfast is available every day from 6am to 10am and our location by the waterfront makes us a great choice since we're so close to many of the city's attractions, restaurants, and shopping outlets. We stayed at the Sleep Inn for the Easter Weekend. The room we had was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff there are very friendly and nice. The breakfast was good and we had a great time staying at the Inn. The only downside is the sound isolation isn't too good. I can hear people talking in... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 3, 2015

We stayed at the Sleep Inn for one night. Hotel was on the newer side. We were given a handicap room. The bathroom was oversized at the expense of the room but it was still spacious enough. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Location was quiet. The only complaint was the noise from the heater. For the price, it... More
