My girlfriend and I stayed at this Motel during the month of December while travelling across Canada. First impressions of the room were - a cute room, nothing fancy, nothing terrible. Price was reasonable and my first impression was "...you get what you pay for". This however changed to unacceptable when our dog found drug paraphernalia (not actual drugs) under... More

We stayed one night at this establishment and won't be back. We often go to the Sault. The price was okay but the room was terrible. The rug was dirty and I am sure hadn't seen a vacuumed in a while....not sure what colour the towels were suppose to be. The bedding very very thin. The beds are old. This... More

We had crossed the canals to the Canadian Sault St Marie, looking for Transcanadian Rd 17. We found this older motel and just turned in. It was part of a larger motel across the sidestreet which looked the same. The rooms were old, but the bed was OK and the heating worked. Motel used an old fashioned KEY (to give... More

This is a very pleasant economy place for a night or two on the road. It certainly is showing its age, the bathroom tap was quirky, and there was a bit of a musty/deodorant smell, but there were also some amenities that were nice for the price. Wi-fi was excellent, and there were a microwave and bar fridge. For the... More

We recently stayed at the Skyline Motel for a night. We booked with them because they had some pet-friendly rooms. The good: - As with most motels, the parking was directly in front of your room. - Close to the Dairy Queen (across the street) - Couldn't complain about the cleanliness ... except the bathroom floor was a bit sticky... Stopping through for one night - my girlfriend and I. Wifi works great. Interesting layout - allowed us to have a parking spot right in front of our room door. Staff were friendly. The hotel is older BUT clean and well maintained. For the price (under $70.00) it was completely worth it after a long day of driving.

The rooms were very very decently priced. About $70 for a two double bed room. The room was warm and clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower was really enjoyable. The bed was nice, we had a great nights sleep. They were pet friendly which was great! The room looked really nice too, for the price. For a motel... More

Always thought it would be a nice place to stay....wrong! I can't even say it was worth the rate I paid. I didn't want to sit on the sofa. I didn't go barefoot on the carpet. There were not any smoke alarms or sprinkler systems in the room.
