Staff is very friendly and very accommodating for what they have. It is outdated and run down and very smelly. I would only recommend this if your an extremely tight budget. This place is an extreme budget hotel that has towel and power issues and you need to ask for a refrigerator and air conditioning was put in promptly....in the... More

We stayed here on a weekend for a Lacrosse tournament with the family. Hotel is ok, it is older and shows it's age. Goes for the Tudor look. Our room was small and the bathroom was dated. Location however is great, close to everything. Kids loved the pool with a large water slide. Once again dated. It's one if those... More

We stayed here for one night on a Saturday. Our room was clean, spacious and provided everything we needed to stop in, shower, get ready and head out to an event in downtown Sarnia. The front counter staff were very polite at check in (despite having just got off the phone with someone who was giving her a hard time),... More

Drawbridge has a medieval look to it and the room we had was spacious and very clean. It is within walking distance of the Sarnia attractions and the locals were very gracious to us. Be sure to walk down to the river and see the lovely flowers and fountain. We saw a rainbow in the fountain and the pictures we... More

The maintenance was terrible. Ceiling cracks, door cracks, the bathroom was dirty and the smell was odd. I will pay more money to stay at a better hotel. The Continental breakfast was at best, weak! I will never again stay at this hotel.

When I arrived as this place it looked like a nice hotel that was not part of a chain. The guy at the desk was not happy at all, however it was New Years, so I get that. I went to our room and it smelled horrible the whole way down the hall and in our room as well. We... More

We did not enjoy our stay at the Drawbridge Inn. The overpowering smell in the room gave me a terrible headache that lasted for the entire weekend. The room was absolutely freezing. There were not even any extra blankets in the room. The hotel emailed me to ask how we enjoyed our room. I replied two days ago but they... More

Conveniently located...antique furniture accents...great friendly employees. Rooms are little dated...but the whole place just oozes charm. I was there for a Euchre tournament in another facility. The Drawbridge let us use a downstairs meeting place for our practicing and mini tournaments. I am glad that I did not believe any of the negative reviews. Being here for 3 days was... More

Here's what I liked about this hotel: The price was good and cheaper than most other hotels. It was safe and clean. The hotel was right across the street from the Robert Q bus station (which connects with Via Rail in London). Best of all, the hotel was just down the street from Sarnia's only vegan restaurant (Greens Organic Cafe'... More
