Simple hotel but all I wanted to do was sleep. That didn't happen when the service truck unloaded below my window from 5:00am. The banging around sounded like a construction site for the next 45min. more

We sincerely apologised to our guest who was waken up from a delivery truck at 5:00 AM. As explained to this guest this certainly was not a normal occurrence at the property, Our regular delivery is 11:00 AM. Unfortunately, our regular deliveryman was off sick and his replacement delivered at the wrong time. Apologies from our food service company were...

I have stayed at many hotels and motels, everything from a motel 6 to the 5 star marriotts. From the minute I walked into through the front doors i was a little iffy because the hotel looks a little outdated. I have stayed at Quality brand properties before, and always felt they were a great bank for the buck... However, this experience was NOT what I expect from any motel/hotel that charges over $100/night! I was in Peterborough on business and stayed at the Quality Inn on Lansdowne. I was pleased and impressed with all the amenities that were included for my stay but was a little taken back by the first impression of their customer service. I was not told about the small things while booking or when I arrived to the hotel.... more

We were visiting a friend's wedding, and we needed a quick place to crash for the night... We were signed in quikly, and our room was all we could expect. There were was no faults we could complain about. We were only there for a small time, but I would rate this hotel a 5/5! more

We visited the Quality Inn Peterborough in September 2005 and we loved the ameneties that we recieved with our stay.We were with a hockey team and it is very expensive to go away and afford this.The Quality Inn was very reasonably priced and we could afford breakfast at $3.99 each.Too bad we were no there through the week as there... more
