B&B is located in the best part of Ottawa. The National museum of Art, the Parliament, and the Byward market are near by the B&B. You can walk along the Ottawa River side. If you want a cozy and warm place to stay, it is the best place you can find at least in Ottawa. Some places have fancy rooms... more

The rooms are cosy as well as the house, but not spectacular in any way. On the other hand, what's spectacular is the service. Pierre is probably the best host we've ever experienced. This B&B's location is absolutely fantastic. Two blocks from the Byward Market and the National Arts Museum. You must visit the Notre Dame Basillica, again, two blocks away, just before the Art Museum. We have stayed at the Auberge des Arts twice (February 2006 for Winterlude and July 2006 for Canada Day) and we think it's fantastic. Both times it has been $75 per night, tax and breakfast included.
