This is a great place to stay. I went for one week for a course in the University of Ottawa. It's located in a very quiet neighbourhood, just 10 minutes to downtown. The owners are really kind people, the place is clean and the breakfast is delicious. What more can you ask?

I have stayed at this bed & breakfast 6 times in the past 3 years. The proprietors are very friendly and very accommodating. The location in Sandy Hill is convenient for getting to the Byward Market, the Rideau Centre, the museums and Parliament Hill.

Perfect location... very close to UOttawa and to the Byward Market. Nice and quiet rooms. Brian and Carol (the owners) were friendly and very helpful. Great breakfasts and pleasant atmosphere. If you are coming to Ottawa for business or for pleasure Australis is the choice!!! You get more than what you pay for....

A really great example of why staying in a B&B is just so nice! Brian was so friendly and helpful, the house is lovely and very comfortable. I was the only person staying there at the time so I really got amazing hospitality. It was such great value and I really enjoyed staying there, I'd definitely return.
