I stayed at Home Sweetland Home while attending a conference at the University of Ottawa. It couldn't have been better. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating, my room was very comfortable, spotless, and well-decorated, the location was great (5 mins. walk to the university), and the breakfasts delicious.
