Very professional and easy check in. Immaculate hotel room....large and clean. Central downtown location close to all amenities. No swimming pool was a bit of a negative for children. As well, please note parking is for a $15.00 fee.

Despite a rocky start to my reservation, my stay at The Business Inn was fabulous. The room was spacious and well appointed. The front desk and cleaning staff were courteous. You can't find a better location on Elgin St. for such a great price. It will definitely be my hotel for future trips to Ottawa.
