We have spent 3 weekends here now, and we are going back this summer. This hotel in general is nothing super special, but it is in good condition and it is very well equipped. The Travelodge Ottawa West is located on one of the main roads into Ottawa and is a fairly large hotel with a much larger than average waterpark for a hotel.
