It's hard to give a poor rating for this hotel because I wasn't expecting much (for $79.00/night for a king room). Very basic accommodations, so it's also hard to rate as average. It's old and obviously dated in every way, from the furniture to the tv to the hot water supply (never actually got HOT) The bed was ok, but... More

I traveled to this hotel with a bachelorette party over the past weekend and was absolutely horrified. When booking the rooms we booked two rooms because there were seven girls in our party. Driving to Ottawa that morning we had a funny feeling that maybe we should call and double check our reservation, THANK GOD we did. Even though both... More

First room they gave us, lights were on, bed was messy, TV was on, someone used the washroom and didn't flush. Wouldn't believe me that the room was not cleaned. He changed my room reluctantly, moved me to a room that wreaked of cigarette smoke and the lights didn't work. There is also a sign inside the room the stating... More

It s the our third hotel this week and the worst. We paid 120$ and the value should not be more the 60$. The hair dryer almost got on fire. The shower had pink spot. Worst experience. I suggest you pay 20$ more and go for a much better hotel.

The shower wouldn't drain in the 1st room they put us in. The 2nd, reeked of smoke, the carpet was dirty, cigarette burns and some pink residue on the walls, nothing was dusted. Website images are deceiving!! When I spoke to the manager, he gave lame excuses.

At first I was expecting the hotel to offer a poor quality service due to its price, but it turned out to be a nice surprise. We arrived before the check in time and at the reception staff said they would arrange things so that we could leave our bags straight away. Rooms are spacious, with good bed and bathroom.... More

A poor hotel. Run down and old, very close to being a dump. I was immediately reminded of other motels I'd never get close to again. I booked this for location, sight unseen on the basis of photos and purported amenities and on the nature of other Econo Lodges I've stayed in elsewhere in the country, but will not stay... More

The positive: Upon arrival the desk clerk wanted to make sure our room was ready so he left the desk and went to check on it himself....quite accommodating, so thanks Andrew! The location is within walking distance of the town center. Plenty of free parking. Beds good. The not-so-good: breakfast almost a joke, not even a waffle maker! :) Room... More

The bathroom had a little mold on the ceiling, I tried bathing my baby daughter and the bathtub plug wouldn't stay in place. The bathroom sink was clogged and the TV didn't work. When I mentioned the fact about the TV on my way out the manager claimed the TV had been serviced that very same day and that you... More

My husband and I have stayed here 4 times. Each time the staff were very friendly. The rooms are inexpensive. The first night we stayed we had a problem with the heater in our room. Staff were unable to fix it at that moment, due to us checking in quite late. Although they did offered us to switch rooms or... More
