I stayed in this hotel during a conference I had in Ottawa. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean and the rates are decent. We stayed for two nights and I have to say that the room was great, two double bed, kitchen and a huge bathroom, staff was friendly. Only thing the parking, lucky they have somebody that move cars around (and do not worry he knows how to drive). We really enjoyed our stay and we will go back.

good match of price & value. good location and close to bus routes that go anywhere in the city. friendly staff. i stayed through the weekend and had no issues parking on the street (moved 1/2 block away for monday a.m. rush hour). a full-length mirror in the room would have been nice...

Good location which is near Chinatown and Parliament. Good facilities with the price like that. Both room and bathroom are very clean. Staff treated us friendly and courteously. However, they did not say farewell to us, and even no eye contact with us when we left.
