Loyal Marriott guy here, but was disapointed in this property. Parking garage is a nightmare, and scary. Entrance lobby is dismal and the elevators to the check in on the 4th floor were very beat up. Room was OK. I will be visiting Ottawa on business once a quarter and will find another place to stay. More
