I found the Cartier Place via the Internet. I was going to Ottawa for a Martial arts tournament and wanted to stay in a central place. The hotel is well appointed, neat and clean. Stayed here many times, but first time I write a review. Great location, 1/2 a block from the Elgin Street strip. Tons to do within a 5 minute walk. Hotel is huge (many rooms) but the staff are friendly and very accommodating (like a good small hotel). Everytime I book a room I seem to get a great "small apartment".... more
