My wife and I took her parents and her older sister to see Ottawa on July 30th, 2011 (3 rooms). We stayed at this hotel for 1 night while we toured around the Canadian Parliament. Very unsatisfied with stay. I purchased a "3.5 star" room in December 2011 through Hotwire. The hotel is under extensive renovation and is at most a 2 star experience. This hotel is currently undergoing substantial renovations which are badly needed. It was very noisy in the rooms during the day due to jackhammers etc but no noise in the evening and at night.
