I stayed at the Candy Residence as I wanted somewhere close to Ottawa's attractions. It is ideally located, all major sights are with in walking distance.

I stayed in a college style private room with shared bath, it was compact and clean but unfortunately it was at the front of the building which runs along a busy road. Traffic noise was loud and the air-conditioning was louder still.

Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep more
