I researched several different hotels in the Oshawa area, and this one had pretty good reviews and a decent price, so I picked it. Well, I guess that's a lesson about reviews for me. When we arrived, about 10:30 in the evening, the front desk was empty, and I waited about 5 minutes for the clerk to show up, and... More

We always try to stay here when we are in the area because of its proximity to the Go Train. We like the complimentary breakfast, especially with the renovations to the area, the wifi, and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with advice on shopping, dining, etc. The rooms are very quiet... More

Great experience! I was mostly impressed with the size of the room and the cleanliness. The breakfast area was well organized with an extensive variety of food options. There are many good restaurants near by, just a short drive. It was a short stay, but I would definitely stay again.

I have stayed here before for business, on the week end in winter expect hockey teams to run the hall ways. It would be a good place to have ear plugs, as it can get noisy. We have negotiated a rate for our company, with this rate you only get your room cleaned once a week, that is bed linen... More

Recently visited this hotel and was extremely happy with my choice. Price was reasonable. found the staff to be very friendly when it came to almost everything. Manager offered a free upgrade and pointed out it was because I was a Best Western reward member anytime I ran into a member of the hotel I was greeted politely, it seemed... More

Very basic hotel. Fine for the price. Definitely don't expect luxury or any extras, but if you're just stopping through and need a quick place to stay, this is a safe bet. It is clean, spacious, and the basic breakfast does the job. The front desk staff was not overly friendly or accommodating, it was more of a "get you... More

We have often stayed at Best Western, always satisfactory, but this was our first experience with a PLUS. Everything, from check-in, comfortablebed and amenities, breakfast and check-out were excellent, and provided by a friendly and helpful staff.

This newly renovated property exceeded my expectations. The staff was outstanding bending over backwards to make sure I was comfortable. The rooms are large and well done comfortable clean with brand new mattresses. Very comfortable.

Paid $125 per night + taxes. Hotel is wedged between a factory, busy railway, and busy highway overpass...very noisey. Room and hallway very dated and run down; heavy smoke and musty odor. Bathtub peeling, water damaged ceiling and stained wallpaper in room; towels like sandpaper. Faucet hot/cold lever on backwards. Furnace only heating extremely dry. Breakfast staff overwhelmed and short... More
