We stayed at the Holiday Inn on Sept.6/08 and were not happy at all with the service we received and will never stay there again. Late in the night we noticed out toilet didn’t work. Using the garbage can to flush solved the problem although I figured the hotel would surely reimburse us for the inconvenience in the morning. Upon check out the manager kindly reduced our rate by $20 as they did fix it that morning. Still I wonder if the $20 was appropriate... more
