For us - a freinedly staff can make the difference. From all front desk staff - to housekeeping - to maintenance... so welcoming and friendly. Pool small - but as we had it to ourselves - no problem there!

There are both good and not-so-good things to say about this hotel. The best was the staff - friendly, cooperative, and generally everything one would want in a hotel. The TV and shower worked fine. Needed a place just for one night, wasn't sure what to expect when we booked but the stay was great. The service was good and the premises very clean, check in was quick, the staff very friendly plus the room was decently priced. Would stay here again if I'm visiting the area.

I've stayed at the Quality Suites Oakville before, on business and pleasure, and they provide consistent good service, friendly and extremely helpful staff, reasonable amenities, and clean premises. The bar staff is amazing. We held an event in our suite, and the bar got our order to us hot and exactly on time, and even thought of extras we hadn't.... More
