The King Suite was clean, comfortable and quiet. Wake-up call was dependable. Carpeting in hallways needs replacing or at least a good vacuum and cleaning. Didn't use other facilities.

We had bad experience with the reception staff. The room wasn't clean and my aunts and we were supposed to be in a non-smoking room but it smelled cigarettes really bad that we had to request another room. This hotel is borderline, unfortunately on the wrong side: it just does not make the grade. We needed a hotel on the East side of Toronto, and there are precious few that are convenient. The service I received was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and smelled fresh. I slept very comfortably. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant on site. I truly got value for my money. I will definitely return there on my next visit.

We paid for a park and stay package. The hotel rooms are not well kept and upon returning from vacation, we discovered our car had been stolen. VERY bad area of Toronto; pay more money and stay on the airport strip where cars are in a gated lot.
