Loved the location. Parking was a charm. Rooms are nice a little small. Washrooms and shower are great. Loved the walk in shower, but seems not all rooms have them.
Check in took longer than expected. But overall was nice.

The rooms were great. If they provided a bottle of moisturizer, that would have been perfect. The TV channels were the common ones which everyone watches. I had not been here for several years, but when business took me to North York, this hotels location made perfect sense, so I went back.
I found that it continues to offer really good value - clean, up to date facility, comfortable rooms, excellent service and a very good restaurant.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Nice, helpful staff and good, clean rooms. Nothing fancy, but nothing wrong, either. I had the exercise room to myself and the pool was all mine for a while, too. The restaurant off the lobby is really good and a good value, too.

This Novotel gets the job done. It is a nice, clean safe hotel. Not the best you will experience and definitely not the worst either. I would be fine to stay there again.

I had room 702, Bed was King, but cheap matress, Tv was LCD, but bar was like some other chains exagerated. Ex chocolate was 4.00. Room was fashioned but basic. Had issue when I arrived no shower curtain, took until next day to get. The cheap dryer blew and cought fire on me. Told receptionist, and sorry... Wow !!! Bath...
