It was changing ownership the 1st year we were in 2009 and were worried about the change in service but we were still satisfied last September 2010 for the price was right. We are going back again this September.

We reserved the Family Suite for under $100/night. And for that, we got a beautiful, clean spacious suite! There was a fully outfitted kitchen, a huge bathroom, large bedroom, and wonderful living room. Our kids went crazy for the murphy bed in the living room, which had a real, comfortable mattress. Stayed there to attend graduation ceremony at Nippissing U. Clean, quiet, spacious room for the price. Close to downtown, and also not too far off highway. Would stay again without hesitation.
