We've been staying with Tim and Sharon at the Blairpen for nine years. They aren't just our hosts - they're friends. We book our visits with them before we book our theatre tickets. Everything is within comfortable walking distance. They know the restaurants. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is casual.

We zip up to Niagara-on-the-Lake at least twice a year, and we only stay at Blairpen. Tim and Sharon are perfect hosts, and the place could not be more welcoming. Improvements are made without compromising the character and charm of the Inn, including better wifi reception, interior access to the lovely private suite, and the comfortable summerhouse out back. Tim and Sharon at Blairpen House are wonderful hosts. Our group of friends have had several stays there and always are more than impressed by their hospitality. The common areas are perfect for a group gathering. The rooms are comfortable and the entire inn is spotlessly clean. Close to all the shops.

Just spent another wonderful weekend at Blairpen. Have been going for a weekend in Feb with my book club for 9 years now. Every year is perfect. Place is spotlessly clean and beds are so comfortable. Location is the ideal place to be - quiet and restful yet you can walk to all the great restaurants and stores from here.... More

It isn’t hard finding many first-rate inns, hotels, and bed-and-breakfasts in Niagara-on-the-Lake. But, finding one in the heart of Old Town less than a five minute walk from all the Shaw Festival’s theaters, as well as the shopping and restaurant district, is a little harder. Finding one whose roots are as deep in the town as the Blairpen House on... More

I stay in what I call "concrete jungles", you know, the ones that are same regardless of the city. At Blairpen House each room is Clean, Quiet and nicely Decorated. A bed that you want to put in your car and take home. I was on the road for 20+ days and then stayed here....what a Great Sleep. The breakfast... More

Blairpen House is handy to all the Shaw Festival theaters, and lots of other local sites. Wineries abound within a few miles. The rooms and breakfasts are just great. But the real value of staying with Tim and Sharon is the service. Like a Continental hotel, they provide nothing short of true concierge hospitality. Need information about anything in town?... We stayed 3nights in the very lovely Blairpen House and were delighted with our room, the facilities and the excellent breakfasts. The room was very clean and comfortable, had a lovely shaded patio and our used (empty) wine glasses were replaced daily! The public areas were well furnished and spotless and the Continental breakfast was delicious. We were able to... More

We always stay here when we come to NotL. The rooms are very comfortable - some have bar fridges for your wine. The breakfast is ample and nutritious. It is a pleasure to park and walk to shows, shopping, and meals. After an evening show we go to one of the lounge/seating areas for conversation and wine. Always a pleasant... More

The owner was great, he made sure we were very comfortable, provided us with winery flight tastings and ensured we knew the area. Upon booking we had requested two rooms beside each other, as we had another couple in our group. At checkin time we were advised our rooms would not be together, rather we would be in the suite....
