My girlfriend and I stayed at the Blairpen House the last weekend in April. Now, I had read from other reviews about the looks of the place from the outside. Just returned from 2 wonderfully relaxing days at The Blairpen House. My wife and I wanted a very quiet getaway for two, and that is exactly what we had. My wife and I stayed at the Blairpen House for one night in August and had a wonderful experience. We arrived in Niagara-on-the-Lake without reservations and stayed at the Best Western Colonel Butler Inn our first night and the Blairpen House our second night. We didn't actually stay in this B&B, but drove by to check it out for our relatives who were coming over from England and planning to stay there... Niagara-on-the-Lake is such a beautiful community, it struck us as odd that the outside of the B&B would be so run-down! We figured the inside couldn't be much better, so we cancelled... more
