I traveled with friends to visit Niagara Falls and then to the Bed & Breakfast at this location. Having never been to Niagara Falls, we had no idea the traffic and walking involved. Our bad! When we called about our arrival time being a little late, we were never told they overbooked our rooms and when we arrived, we were... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this B&B and we loved every minute. The history of the house is amazing and the love and care with which it's been restored is truly touching. Loved walking on the old floors, seeing the super-wide walls, the painstakingly restored fireplace. Cole and Harry are fantastic hosts, full of the history of... More

My wife and I spent two wonderful days at the Inn and were enthoused by the house, its history and its comfort and charm. Harry and Cole are great hosts and great cooks; breakfasts to die for. They made good recommendations for restaurants. The Inn is very clean and comfortable. We have already recommended the Inn to a few friends and... More

My wife and I spent our 40th wedding anniversary and 3 nights with Harry and Cole over the July 4th weekend. The house has been immaculately restored with plenty of sweat equity provided by the owners. It shows both in how they care for the home and care for their guests. Harry greeted us at the door as if he... More

I originally booked this place because of its rich history (narrated enthusiastically by Harry) and the home's Canadianna architecture (lovingly maintained by Cole). But really, I'll return because of the other wonderful aspects of staying here. First of all, I was gobsmacked that a home from the late 1700s could be so pristine, sparkling, and immaculate. I've stayed in historical... More

Stayed May 22 - 25 (3 nights), from the beginning of the booking to the minute we left, this was an amazing experience. Wonderful owners, Harry & Cole, so accommodating. House was quiet, very clean, amazing breakfasts, wonderful to talk with and to help us arrange little things like getting a cab for a good price, finding places to tour,... More

Imagine staying in a quaint cottage like inn, where the owner has painstakingly renovated the location to the exact standards of its period, circa 1786. Everything from the wood work to the beds and bedding and furniture are near perfect to the period. Breakfast is served with a side of history as the owner tells you a little about this... More

Visiting the Peter Secord Inn was like stepping into the 1700's. The Inn , an historical site, is impeccable and the breakfast first class. The hospitality of David and Cole was top notch. To boot, David is quite the historian. We will definitely stay there again!

My husband and I have just returned from a two night stay with hosts Collette and Harry at the Peter Secord Inn in St. Davids, Ontario. We had driven by on one of our excursions to the area and were impressed by the initial appearance from the outside. My husband and I are not generally the bed and breakfast type... More

Just celebrated my 50th BD this past weekend. My first experience staying at a B&B. Must say I'm not sure if we'll ever top it! The Hosts went out of their way to help us discover the area..... And! They even sang "Happy Birthday" to me while they served me birthday cake for breakfast!! The charm and love that went... More
