Dave and Gail were marvelous hosts. Informative when we arrived and great conversations happened when they joined us at the breakfast table. Location is central, quiet and walking distance to everything. Great night at the Irish pub" The Irish Harp". 1 block away. I would not hesitate to recommend this delightful B&B to anyone looking for charm in historic archatecture and... More

Best B&B we've stayed at in Niagara-on-the-lake! Gail and Dave are the perfect hosts from the minute you arrive unitl you are reluctantly saying good-bye. This historic home, which is just a block from the main street, is tastefully decorated with the comfort of their guests in mind (comfortable beds, luxurious linens and modern bathrooms). Words cannot describe the outstanding... More

Gail and Dave welcomed us into their beautiful, historic home and treated us like family. We have never had such a warm, friendly stay anywhere. We loved our room (the Golden Delicious room) and it's very cozy fireplace to relax in after a fun afternoon of shopping and wine tasting. Amazingly comfortable bed and luxurious bedding for a wonderful night's... More

This was our first time to NOL and Gail made us feel welcome in her home right from the start. Our room wasn't quite ready, but she pulled out a map and told us where all of the good restaurants/shopping/etc. were. Then she gave us a bunch of complimentary wine tasting coupons and off we went. When we arrived back,... More

We stayed for 1 night (early October) at the Apple Tree B&B. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, as was the rest of the home. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of NOTL, and we were able to walk almost everywhere we went. Gail and Dave were very nice and had some great recommendations about what to... More

This B and B is perfectly located in the historic district. You can easily walk to the theatres, restaurants and shops. The beds and bedding are not only comforable they are luxurious. The bathrooms show a green committment with towels changed on alternate days and dispensers for soap, shower gel and shampoo rather than wasteful mini bottles. Gail and Dave... More

My husband and I were coming into town for a wedding and the b&b's that we normally stay at were booked, so we reserved a room at the Apple Tree (recommended by the bride and groom for its proximity to the wedding venue). The location is fantastic, only two blocks to the main street; in a town where parking is... More

We stayed just one night on a quick weekend get away. The B&B is a really cute house dating back to 1825 that has been beautifully restored. While the house is like walking back in time, the bathroom in our room (Golden Delicious) was recenltly renovated and had all the modern amenities. Breakfast was beatufullly served, very good, and we... More
