I had a great time staying at the appletree historic bed and breakfast. The host and hostess were charming people! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antiques, you can tell a lot of thought was put into the interior design. Our room was small but was beautiful and we had a lovely ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub - perfect... More

I'm quite torn about this place. Location is superb. The grounds are tiny, but attractive, nice little gazebo. Owners are friendly. Decor follows the pattern of the Victorian idea of "nature abhors a vacuum". There are antiques everywhere. Everywhere. Lots. You take off your shoes as you enter, and there is a little poof to sit on as you do.... More

We stayed here for the second time and were reminded very quickly of why we liked it so much the first time. Delicious breakfast is served at 9:00 with all guests at the same table. We've enjoyed conversation with all the guests we've met there and frequently find we loose track of time during the conversation. The atmosphere is wonderful... More

This was our first time staying in a B&B and it was such a great experience. Gail and Dave were so warm and inviting. The breakfast was also very delicious. We stayed in the golden delicious room and enjoyed hearing the carriages pass in front of the home. Thanks for a great stay.

This place is lovely and charming and is in a wonderful location so close to Queen Street! We stayed in the Golden Delicious room and absolutely loved it. Gail and Dave were warm and hospitable, and were great about accommodating a dietary restriction. Dave was also kind enough to offer to let us leave our car there after check-out while... More

Such a lovely atmosphere Gail and Dave have created in their beautiful Victorian three bedroom B and B! Located two short blocks from Queen St. makes this location easily accessible for a quick trip back to your room after a morning exploring the area for a forgotten item, a nap, or an afternoon read in their serene back yard. A... More

We jut returned yesterday from out stay in NOTL and we had a great time. Gail and Dave were WONDERFUL! The location of the house is perfect, close enough to the center of shopping but just far enough away so that it's quiet at night. The house is a little worn, but its from 1820 so that is expected. I... More

We just returned from a wonderful time at the Apple Tree B&B. The charm of the surroundings is matched by the warmth of the hosts Dave and Gail. The breakfast as always is innovative and delicious. Both Dave and Gail, if asked, are happy to share their wealth of information about the area; that we find makes the stay that... More

This was my first experience to a B&B so I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The house is full of charm & character & is in a great location. It is decorated very much in the period in which it was built (1820) so it was like going back in time but with some modern day... More

We visited in November and were very excited after seeing all the positive reviews but were thoroughly disappointed when we got there. The rooms were small.. the entire house including the room, the bathroom as well as the common area was freezing cold at all times! We were given a room heater to keep the room warm and took that... We regret that you did not enjoy your experience with us. Every guest stay is important to us and clearly we did not meet your expectations. The house temperature is centrally controlled and we do respond to requests for warmer or cooler adjustments. We often light real wood burning fires for guests sitting in the common space and always have... More
