The room is comfortable, simple and clean. The bathroom is renovated and again, very clean. My friend is a vegetarian, the host considerately prepared breakfast separately for my friend and make sure everybody enjoyed the food, which was served in the warm plates along with flowers. This B and B is not quite walking distance to Queen Street in NOTL but it is literally only 2-3 minutes by car so it is close enough.
