My wife and I enjoy staying in B&Bs when we travel as it affords an opportnity to go local and meet people. This is one of the best we have ever stayed in-anywhere. The owner Isabelle was warm and welcoming without ever being intrusive; she was very helpful. The home exudes charm, has a comfortable lounge with a gas fireplace... more

Your hostess/owner Isabelle will make every effort to please all who enter her home. Her cottage is impeccably clean, within walking distance of fine restaurants and the theatre district, or if you prefer, she has bicycles for the bike enthusiast. It is also but a 25 minute, gorgeous drive to Niagara Falls. I also assure you, you will not leave... more

The joy of any B&B is to meet hosts or hostess friendship. This one qualifies even without the cats that are very friendly in their own right. To one who might like to walk a block to see atheater performance, the location is not that close, bt it is just as easy as any other if one is to drive... more

Our three time at this particular B&B and we certainly weren't disappointed. It's a small heritage cottage with three rooms. The location is central enough to let you walk to main street. The rooms, as always, were spotless, the hostess her usual charming and helpful self. Breakfast is to die for - sn amazing array of foods so that you... more

My husband and I and 2 friends stayed 3 nights at Parliament Cottage, and couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms were charming and spotless, and the location was walking distance to theaters and the main street. Breakfast was outstanding, great food and great conversation. Best of all was our hostess, Isabelle Parliament who, in addition to being a fabulous... more

We stayed just one night in this charming B & B and had a great stay. Our hostess was very gracious and welcoming and the room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was an amazing turkey strata, with fruit salad and coffee and truffles to finish off. Great value for what we paid. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Niagara... more

Parliament Cottage is special treat that we look forward to every year. I have trouble "doing " stairs so the comfortable bedroom on the first floor is perfect -- quiet and peaceful despite being next to the living room. Isabelle is a charming and knowledgeable hostess and superb cook. The breakfasts -- served at a table that looks out across... more

We stayed here while attending the Shaw festival. The house was very clean, roomy and attractive. Our hostess provided delicious and beautiful breakfasts each morning, including fresh local fruit. We had a spacious, sunny room, with 3 beds for the 2 of us. The bath was across the hall, but it was for our use only, and we thought our... more
