Went with my mom for Mother's Day last year and again this January. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the house magnificent. Excellent food! Elizabeth also took into consideration my mother's diet (due to kidney dialysis) and prepared outstanding breakfasts. 6 out of 5!!! We'll definitely visit again.

My husband and I stayed here August of last year while exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake for the first time. This year we were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary and we were so impressed last year we decided to come back. It was like coming back to our second home. Elizabeth & Matt are such wonderful hosts - they are welcoming, warm, and... More

We had a fantastic time during our stay at Etherington Manor. We were very lucky to have such a welcoming host (Elizabeth) that made us feel at home and pampered in such a relaxing atmosphere! Upon arrival we were greeted with the best homemade, warm, chocolate chip cookies. Beautiful spa-like accomodations with private bathrooms, private outdoor balconies, lovely shared common... More

We have never stayed at a B&B and this changed our minds to make it a priority when traveling. Really nice rooms all with private decks, fantastic breakfasts (quiche, stuffed french toast) great hosts and great value. Thanks Matt (Pierre) and Elizabeth love Maid of the Mist

Great location (less than 5 minutes from Picton/Queen Street), rooms, owners, food, and pricing. What more is there? Elizabeth and Matt are the perfect hosts. They cater to every need, yet remain unobtrusive. Breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are very clean, quiet and modern, and if you like dogs, they'll let you visit and play with their 3 wonderful Pomeranians... More

This was our second time with Elizabeth and Matt. We stayed last year and had to return. We had never done B&Bs before but honestly, not interested in staying at any others. This is our place! Elizabeth and Matt are such great hosts and really welcome you in their home. All the rooms, bathrooms and common space are immaculate. The... More

My wife and I recently stayed at Etherington Manor for five days while we attended the Shaw Festival and toured some of the wineries. We had previously stayed here several times under a different owner using a different name. Elizabeth and Matt have continued the same high standards of the previous owner and provided us an enjoyable stay. Our room... More

We choose the Etherington Manor because the reviews said the food and beds were exceptional. Very true---but this B & B far exceeded our expectations in so many other respects. First of all, one of our party has Celiac Disease---she treated him like a king---gluten free macaroons upon arrival and gluten free blueberry pancakes and carrot cake---he felt VERY special.... I have stayed in quite a few B&B's and this is by far the best! We had all 3 rooms and it really felt like an house/apartment. The rooms were very clean, large and modern. Each of the bathroom's had both a shower and Jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms had a lovely balcony. The common kitchenette area outside of the bedrooms... More
