Niagara on the lake is prettier than any town deserves to be. The locals and their council clearly had a vision which has come to fruition over time. The Main Street is a perfect flower show topped by an avenue of trees from start to finish. The image is completed by the horse drawn carriages, Ye Olde Shops and a... More

My husband and I took my parents to Niagara as a thank you after our wedding. 124 Queen made our trip incredibly special. They contacted us ahead of time to ask if there was anything special they could do and when they heard we were newlyweds they gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine and upgraded our one bedroom villa... My husband and I did a one night package that included a spa treatment, dinner and the room. We loved it! Our room came with an upgrade and we were located above the reception area. The room was so modern and clean and quiet! Great location on Main Street. We also loved the Starbucks located just steps away. We grabbed... More

Do to flight delays we arrived at 0230 in the morning, but with a simple phone call an employee was available and cheerfully led us to our room. And what a room! We were above the ghost and cigar stores (really!) and it was wonderfully decorated and meticously clean. Spa-like restroom, stone fireplace, hardwood floors, and a chef’s kitchen! Only... More

The hotel is a bit unconventional - is made up of several separate buildings. We stayed in a room above shops on the main street - actually right above Treadwells which was funny as every now & then you got a whiff of the AMAZING food they serve... but that is another review. Our room was lovely - quiet, spacious... More

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in a second floor premium courtyard room. The building is new and exquisite! Fits right into the historic charm of NOTL. Balcony, fireplace, king size bed, huge bathroom with 2 sinks and glass shower. Room is above the very popular hotel restaurant but you would never know it unless sitting outside on... More

There is really nothing to complain about. Perfect location. Quiet. The room décor was ubiquitous beige - a bit boring. Could be anywhere in the world. However, everything is new, spotlessly clean. Gorgeous bathroom products. But at $485/ night, terrible value.

We spent 5 nights in a 2 bed villa, and were really impressed by the quality of the apartment: incredibly well equipped, it felt more like a home than a hotel. Jeremy was fantastically helpful, and a lovely guy. We would highly recommend staying here.

One of the best places we've ever stayed. The rooms were immaculate, well appointed and remarkably quiet. The property is in one of the best locations in the area within easy walking distance to the Shaw Festival theaters, restaurants, the Niagara River and Fort Niagara. Service was excellent and the staff extremely helpful - offering to make restaurant recommendations and... More

We stayed at this hotel while in NOTL for the Shaw Festival. The rooms are new and fresh; the style would be sort of "West Elm". The room and bathroom were fairly small, but that didn't matter, since we spent little time in the room. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable with good linens----nice towels, too. Even though... More
