One of the finest hotels ever. We had a suite overlooking the pool/garden and it was beautiful. I visited the spa twice and loved everything about it. The room was beautiful with gas fireplace and very roomy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the lobby was beautiful. We ate in the restaurant which was delicious and drank at the bar... more

The room had the most comfortable King size bed I have ever slept on with cozy sheets. Fireplace and sitting area made the room seem spacious and allowed us to relax in our room instead of feeling claustrophobic in a small room. The bathroom was beautifully decorated with a glass shower and large Jacuzzi tub, very spacious. The breakfast buffet was... more

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely Inn. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and the extra touch of having a rose placed on the pillow late in the evening in preparation for bed. The workout facilities were adequate. The entire spa experience was wonderful. The lounges and hot beverages added just the right touch for me. There is... more

My wife and I stayed at The Pillar and Post. We met friends there and went with them to a Winemakers dinner. The hotel staff were terrific from check in all the way through. One wonderful bonus was that they shuttled us to the winery at no charge - which was quite a distance - and offered to pick us... more

Upon our arrival the lobby seemed quaint, young lady at the counter seemed to be in training, took her time checking us in. Her replies were “excuse me” or “pardon” to every remark we made, this made us feel unconformable. While waiting we noticed that front doors are badly worn, fingerprints, the floor had wet puddles dragged from the outside.... more

We staying here on our way to Toronto for just one night. What a very pleasant and highly relaxing environment. After driving for about 10 hours we arrived and were greeted by a lovely young lady at the desk. She gave us the key to our room and asked if we needed reservations for dinner, which we hadn't even thought... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel a number of years ago and loved it due to it's colonial type charm, however when we stayed in December 2008 we found that their recent renovation of the rooms made it more like a regular hotel room (i.e. Marriott). Very neutral colours not as rustic. The staff were still awesome. The... more

We ordered room service( pizza and caesar salad....BIG RIP OFF...dont waste your time, mcdonalds would have been better), having said that, we had dinner... more

We came here after our wedding. I enjoyed it. Our room was very nice. Service was excellent. The food was good. The spa and pool were great too. Not to much I can say. It is a nice place and I would stay there again. It is a bit of a hike to Niagara on the Lake center, but not... more
