We stayed two nights in this hotel on our tour of Ontario. The hotel is a beautiful building set in stunning gardens with views to the lake. The rooms are spacious and impeccably maintained with generous quantities of shampoos and soaps and lovely towelling dressing gowns for guest use. If you want to see Niagara Falls, do it from here.... More

Meals in the Tiara restaurant were exceptional. We were there celebrating our anniversary and noted that others celebrating anniversaries etc were recognized - rose petals on the table- by the wait staff- while we were not.The service overall was excellent - we had dinner and two breakfasts - but were surprised to discover a coffee cup stain on our dinner... Stayed for a couple of nights whilst touring Ontario. Big room, very clean, good welcome, excellent housekeeping service, etc. OK so we overlooked the car park: bothered? No. Used the pool and hot tub, which were well kept. See separate review for Tiara restaurant and Bacchus lounge. Would revisit if in NoTL again. Short drive to the Falls. Short walk... More

I'm writing on behalf of my in-laws who have stay at The Queens Landing a handful of times. They absolutely love it! For their anniversary this year I contacted the front desk and arranged for a beautiful bouquet of white roses and daisies, chocolate covered strawberries, wine and beer. The customer service was amazing and they had yet another wonderful... More

Pulling up to the stately hotel I was very excited. The lobby was elegant. The staff at the desk was very polite and tried to be accommodating but when we reached our room we were very disappointed. The room was dank and musty. The sheets were not the quality sheets that you would expect from a four Star hotel. I... More

Dear valued guest: I wanted to take the time to respond to your post here on TripAdvisor. We apologize that you felt you did not receive value during your stay. Your comments about the bedding were most surprising as our guests rave about our sheets, pillows and duvets and often purchase linen items before they depart the hotel. We have... More

I made a mistake in my reservation and showed up a day early - the wonderful person at checkin didn't even blink and went out of her way to accommodate us. At every interaction with the hotel staff - the service was simply excellent. The hotel itself is 25 years old and has aged very well. All the amenities you... More

Although the grandour of the exterior is impressive, we were greatly disapointed at the lack of outdoor hotel grounds. There are no rooms offering balconies or even french doors to let the outside in. It is such a shame that being right on the river, other than paying for service at the outside grill patio, there is no opportuity to... More

We chose this hotel as we had seen it before when we had walked the pretty streets of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Vintage hotels in town offer a package called "Summer Lovin" that gets you a nice king bed room, a bottle of red or white wine for each day of your stay (from a local vineyard) plus breakfast. Queen's Landing has... More

We have been to Niagara-on-the-Lake many times, but this was our first time in this charming Inn. We requested, and received a wonderful third floor room with a view of the river, albeit, it did overlook a parking lot, but very few rooms have a clear view of the river. We had a true king bed with a fantastic mattress... More

We pre booked one night as part of our tour of Ontario. We found the hotel comfortable and the traditional room we had was great with two queen sized beds and they were soooooo comfy. The AC unit was a little noisy but it was quiet and cool outside so we opened the window instead. My son and I used... More
