“lovely romantic getaway”

Had a wonderful 2 night stay on the couples weekend getaway. The staff were universally friendly, helpful and attentive. Even the housekeeping staff went out of their way to strike up conversation--everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there. We really enjoyed the saltwater pool and whirlpool. The restaurants (Escabeche and Tiara) were top notch. We will come again!

“Another great stay at Prince of Wales!”

My husband and I love the Prince of Wales! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. During our stay, we went on the horse and carriage ride at night - Very Romantic! This is the only place we stay while visiting NOTL!

“Gorgeous property and friendly people”

We had our wedding reception at Prince of Wales. The property was gorgeous and elegant. The staffs were friendly and professional. They accommodated all of our request and we couldn't be happier with the food, venue and service. It made our day smooth and easy! We actually ate all the food and enjoyed our guests!

“A relaxing retreat”

An overnight stay at the Prince of Wales was a welcomed quiet retreat. The room was comfortable and most attractive. The meals were superb. I love the lobster poutine! The spa was relaxing and uplifting. The staff seemed to really love their jobs, which is always a good sign.

“Best place in Niagara region”

Very charming hotel situated in the best possible spot for strolling and browsing the stores in the village. Rooms are very clean and quaint. Very god breakfast and a good value overall. Staff is attentive and at times overwhelmed.

The staff at Prince of Wales made our wedding a day to remember! Our guests were quite impressed with the beautiful facility and the service! It was a classy and "fun" wedding. Everyone involved in the planning of our wedding were friendly and very helpful. All I had to do was enjoy our special day.
