My wife and made a spontaneous last minute trip to NOTL. Because of a cancellation, were able to get a reservation the same day as our visit. We were welcomed at the B&B, like longtime guests and look forward to making that a reality in the years to come!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. Not so happy about having a cancellation, but happy that it allowed things to work out for you both to stay. It was good meeting you both and we will look forward to more "meetings" in the future, - probably best to book earlier though as I can't... More

This is my first time to Ontario. We had no clue where to stay. We decided to try the Ashgrove B&B and we couldn't be happier. The owner Janie is incredibly nice. She is very caring and wants everyone to truly enjoy their stay. Her breakfast is incredible!! There is a small dining room and living room, and upstairs guest... More

We stayed just one night but we will definitely return. It's location is great for restaurants, wineries and downtown NOTL. The house is beautifully kept, the rooms are cozy with either ensuite or private bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh local ingredients and more than enough to eat. There is a lounge with a tassimo, books, guides etc and... More

Thank you so much for writing a review for Ashgrove Cottage. The weather during your visit was so much better than we had anticipated so I was glad you both were able to sit and enjoy our front porch. I think that the porch and the little sitting room upstairs are getting to be favourite places for our guests to... More

My husband and I stayed at Ashgrove Cottage for three nights. We had a very lovely experience, The room was a bit small, but very comfortable. Ashgrove is several blocks from the main action in town, which afforded us the opportunity to meander through the beautiful neighborhoods. Janie and Dave are wonderful, caring hosts. They offered great suggestions on things... More

Warm welcome and pleasant hosts. They made us feel at home right away. The room was comfortable but a little small. Breakfast was excellent: freshly baked coffee cakes, fresh fruit cups with... More

My friend and I rode the Niagara Circle in July 2013. Ashgrove Cottage was delightful - with a nice sitting room complete with a Tassimo coffee machine.
