This is my favourite spot to say in Niagara. The hosts are wonderful, kind and helpful. The house is cozy, with a nice little coffee/tea area that you can use at any time. It is located in a good spot, not far from many restaurants. The breakfast every time has been AMAZING. They are creative with their meals - always... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The B&B is charming, comfortable and clean. Delicious and plentiful breakfasts. Great location. Janie, the innkeeper, was very friendly and helpful with planning our visit to NOTL and surrounding areas.

My husband and I just visited Niagara on the Lake for the first time this past weekend and were lucky enough to stay with Janie and Dave at Ashgrove Cottage. With so many other B&B's to choose from I am so very happy that we chose to stay here. Our room was small but quaint. The bed was comfy. Both... More

This was our second opportunity to stay with Janie and Dave at Ashgrove Cottage. We weren’t disappointed. The cottage is very quaint with three rooms to accommodate guests. A delight to come home to the peace and quiet of this beautiful B&B after a busy day of what ever has brought you to this historical town The breakfasts are amazing... More

My husband and I wanted a quiet escape from work and the stress of recent weeks. I did a quick search for B&B's in the area and stumbled upon Ashgrove Cottages, which turned out to be a great blessing. Our hosts Janie and Dave were kind, warm and welcoming. We had a quiet night rest and a short walk away... More

We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast in Niagara on the Lake twice this year and I would recommend it highly. It is very pretty starting with the front verandah which we sat on after we checked in as well as at night. There are 3 rooms upstairs, 2 with private baths, and the King room uses the washroom right... More

My wife and I stayed at the Ashgrove last week. It was a first time B&B experience for both of us and Janie & Dave went out of there way to make us feel welcomed. The house was clean and comfortable and Janie did a great job of being available to help or chat when needed but also giving us... More

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at the Ashgrove Cottage. Right from the start with a friendly welcome from owners Janie and Dave, we felt very comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean--our room, "The Madison" was very comfortable and the breakfast was DELICIOUS !!! The Cottage is convenient to the bike routes around NOTL and the advise the owners shared proved... More
