A great B&B at a very reasonable price. Janie and Dave a great hosts and made us feel very much at home. The king bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Next time we visit N.O.T.L. we will definitely stay here.

Staying at the Ashgrove Cottage B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Niagara-on-the-lake. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, the room we booked (the gardens room) was extremely clean and cosy, the breakfasts served were honestly to die for and the location was just perfect (with ample parking space). We couldn't have hoped for a better... More

This was the first time my fiancée and I stayed in a bnb and will definitely be doing it again. We were doing a bike tour and this was a central location to use as our starting point for the ride. The house was beautiful and had a great backyard! Dave and Janie were very friendly and cooked and amazing... More

Lovely bed and breakfast, extremely clean, hosts are friendly and the breakfast was to die for. Very accommodating for dietary restrictions. Close to downtown but quiet and lovely area. Do recommend and will be going back.

A beautiful cottage filled with just the right touches combined with kind, friendly hosts made this a perfect, affordable B & B overnight spot for my 18-year-old niece and me! So many good things to say: -Clean, clean, clean, clean - the first thing we noticed was that our room (the Madison Room - small and cozy and just right!)... More

The Ashgrove Cottage is a great choice - small comfortable bedrooms, wonderful amenities (toiletries, Tassimo, bottled water, etc.), a backyard garden with welcoming seating, a veranda for that afternoon glass of wine or morning coffee, a homemade breakfast that can't be beat and a lovely hostess and host!

My husband and I stayed at the Ashgrove in June 2015. We booked the Emily room right after we had bought tickets for a concert at Butler's Barracks. This was our first B&B experience and it will definitely not be our last, though Janie and Dave have now set the bar pretty high. Location was across the street from a... More

I found this place with the help of the Niagara Tourism Board. It was a few dollars more than my original choice but it was completely worth it. The room I booked for my husband and I overlooked the front of the house. It had an en-suite bathroom and excellent air circulation with the help of the ceiling fan. The... More

A beautifully decorated little B&B with comfy beds and a lush, fairy-tale garden in the back. Our room was cute and sufficiently spacious and the ensuite bathroom had a shower and came stocked with fresh towels, soaps, and shampoos. With 2 windows and a ceiling fan we slept deeply thanks to the fresh air. There's a gorgeous sitting room downstairs... More
