This hotel is in fact the (NC) Niagara college student dorm converted for the season into a hotel. We had a two bedroom suite with a small kitchen (microwave & fridge). Honestly, the room was perfect. Not a 5 star resort but just right for a 3 night stay. The staff is very polite and always helpful. I must point... More

Very basic accomodation. The price was reasonnable. Beds very uncomfortable. No style. Outside of main touristic areas. I would recommend for students, groups or young family who have a small budget. The reception staff was helpful. Breakfast very basic. there was only one toaster and it was very slow... was a long line-up.

We booked a room at this 'hotel', which is actually a college dormitory. A room was not available when we arrived, so we proceeded with our plans for the day. We were running late, so phone the 'hotel' at ~6 pm to advise them that we'd be checking in late. Our call went to voice mail. We finally heard back... More

Booked thru Bookin.com for July 7-9 2015. This is a college dormitory and it is not advertised as that. If I would have known it was a dorm, I would never had booked it. Mgr said not allowed to book as dorm on Booking.com. Totally false advertising by Booking.com and Residence and Conference Center. I will never use Booking.com again.... More

IN the summer this college dorm is used as a hotel. Clean but very bare bones, no frill at all. Good for a couple and a child since it has two bedrooms. Has a very small kitchen. No pool. No personality

We were afraid of the mixed reviews- but for the Niagara marathon we stayed for - it was great! Very clean, smelled good, great mattress and sheets/towels were just fine for a residence. Nice toiletries. And we left our laptop in the desk- they got it immediately for us and held it for us until we got back there. Very... More

This place has everything you would expect from an old college dorm turned into a hotel. The rooms are clean and there is lots of space in the kitchen area which has a fridge and microwave (but no cooking equipment and dishes). The staff is friendly and helpful. There is fresh coffee in the morning and the free breakfast is... More

Not impressed whatsoever! Avoid here at all costs! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer. Bed was horrible and towels were more abrasive than 20 grit sandpaper! If you were looking for an exfoliant, find out what towels they use!! No WIFI except for in the lobby.

no complaints about the rooms, good for the price. Now breakfast on the other hand, very crowded and both mornings, there was no food left when we went down at 8:30. Breakfast is served until 9:00!
