Our daughter was being married at Queenston and the b&bs locally wanted a 2-night booking. She had attended this college, so knew about the summer rentals. Booking was a breeze, desk staff was courteous, efficient and very professional. Breakfast room is a little small, but we managed. Rooms are clean, basic, but comfortable. 4 of us stayed here and you... More

We were a group of hikers and this spot was perfect for us. Two people shared a dorm room and so were able to have separate bedrooms while sharing the kitchen and bathroom for a very reasonable rate. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. My only complaint would be the lighting.... More

We recently stayed two nights at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Residence and Conference Centre while attending a conference at Brock University. From the date of booking our reservation until checkout, the staff went out of their way to provide for our needs. They welcomed us with smiles, had pleasant attitudes, provided maps and directions, had great suggestions for dinning, offered tea and... More

Picture going to a college campus and checking into a dorm on the quiet side of the college. The rooms are bare, you haven't put up your posters or plants in the room yet but all the amenities for your stay are in place. This is it, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom spartan but fine and the price was excellent. There... More

Yes, this is a dorm room when school is in session, but in the off months, it is a hotel. For a very reasonable price, you get a 2 bedroom 1 bath room with a kitchenette - full refrigerator, sink and a microwave. Prices are significantly less than more traditional hotels. If you are willing to look past the dorm... More

A good deal for the price: a full suite for the cost of an ordinary motel room. With two friends traveling, we were each able to have our own bedroom. All the basics are here, but no luxuries. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again if I were traveling through the area.

I had reservations booked for over two months to stay here over the long weekend to attend a wedding. TWO DAYS before our stay, I get a notification saying they are overbooked and can't honour our reservation, even though I pre-paid. What's the point in making reservations then? Not even so much as an apology, though they did refund my... More

I had a good experience staying at this hotel recently. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough to help you, and to make your stay comfortable. The room was very minimalistic, although very spacious. The cleanliness was a very good standard. Nothing really bad to say!
