This place has everything you would expect from an old college dorm turned into a hotel. The rooms are clean and there is lots of space in the kitchen area which has a fridge and microwave (but no cooking equipment and dishes). The staff is friendly and helpful. There is fresh coffee in the morning and the free breakfast is... More

Not impressed whatsoever! Avoid here at all costs! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer. Bed was horrible and towels were more abrasive than 20 grit sandpaper! If you were looking for an exfoliant, find out what towels they use!! No WIFI except for in the lobby.

no complaints about the rooms, good for the price. Now breakfast on the other hand, very crowded and both mornings, there was no food left when we went down at 8:30. Breakfast is served until 9:00!

The pool table is in terrible condition, the couches in the T.V. lounge look like they were attacked by a pack of wild dogs, the common kitchen on the main floor is less desirable than Kitchen Nightmares. The hallways are constantly filled with trolleys full of dirty laundry and the rooms are not unlike something I would picture a minimum... More

I was extremely shocked when we went to check in at this "Hotel". It is not a hotel at all but a dormatory for college students that is rented out when there are no classes. It was not listed as such in any of the advertisements that I looked at. Please be careful and don't get pulled in like I... More

We stayed for four nights in late July 2014; Very good location, on Niagara College Campus; These are student residences, so accommodation is very basic and utilitarian. CRT TV set. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave oven and sink, but no stove; Room service/maintenance could be better; Very friendly staff at reception desk; Bike room was a plus; Breakfast room was... More

This hotel was fine for one night...it was very reasonably priced and only about 15 min drive away from where we went for entertainment and food. However, it is part of a college and we got the feeling as if it is used as a dorm also. Very industrial...cement walls and floor, no art or pictures on the walls, no... More

We recently stayed here while visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is very close to the new outlet mall and about a 15-20 minute drive to main part of the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The area is very beautiful with vineyards and wineries everywhere. The room was great with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. Each room has its own... More

Our daughter was being married at Queenston and the b&bs locally wanted a 2-night booking. She had attended this college, so knew about the summer rentals. Booking was a breeze, desk staff was courteous, efficient and very professional. Breakfast room is a little small, but we managed. Rooms are clean, basic, but comfortable. 4 of us stayed here and you... More
