I stayed here for a 4 day honey moon trip, and everyone who works there went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable and relaxing. They took the time to tell us what was around and worth going to see. We were given vouchers for wineries as well. The room was wonderful, nice and quiet, the breakfasts... More

This bed and breakfast was a great choice for our girls weekend out. Walter was a gracious host and wine tour guide. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I will definately tell my friends and family about Abagales!! J.Maynard

My husband and I wanted to get away to a cosy little vacation for the Fall before all of the Holiday Events started up so I researched some B&B's on line and saw Abagales! I had a requirement that I was searching for and Abagales popped up on my screen! I wanted a Victorian setting, with a nice front porch... More

We just returned from a fantastic girls weekend in Niagara on the Lake. Our rooms on the second floor at Abagales were a perfect fit for our group of six. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast's were scrumptious. Our hosts Linda and Walter were very accomodating and helpful. Walter had great insights into the history of the... More

This b and b is very well located in the town of Niagara on the Lake. It is pale yellow on the outside with a wonderful wrap around porch. They also have a hot tub for your use. The inside is decorated in a Victorian style including the beautifully set dining room table. Our room had two large beds and a... More

I enjoy staying at B&B's. The move over from "The Shakespeare Festival" in Stratford on Avon, Canada (1 1/2 hours drive) to the "Shaw Festival" in Niagara on the Lake to feast on the best of literary talent. The panapoly of flowers can be seen from all directions equally in town. While visiting the many vineyards, the gourmet meals and... More

Owner, Linda, was most accommodating in making sure that all 7 of us would have large comfortable rooms with private baths. Beautifully furnished, very clean & huge variety of food prepared by Linda, a fantastic cook. The freshly picked Niagara peaches & blueberry pancakes are memorable. Dynamic personality, Linda aims to please in the 3 homes she runs as guest... More

We love staying at B&B's to avoid the sterility of hotels and meet and chat with people from all over the world. We are a family with two older adults and 2 teenage girls. We chose this B&B because of other reviews on Tripadvisor and after to speaking to Linda (the host) on the phone. I believe she runs the... More

Our intergenerational family booked the entire house (4 rooms) for the Memorial Day weekend to attend a wedding. The accommodation, breakfast and overall hospitality extended to us by the owners was superb. We look forward to going back this summer. Excellent.

Every year I look forward to the time I spend at either of these two B&Bs and each year I want to add another day or week to my stay. The camaraderie at Linda's breakfast table is something to look forward to each year. I have met so many wonderful people from just about everywhere, and the conversation makes you... More
