Stayed in the ogilive suite for one night, charming b&b inside and out! Suite had two rooms and two full bathrooms including an excellent breakfast and free use of bicycles to explore the local wineries! To top it off the b&b is only a 10 minute walk to old town will definitely stay again

We had the Ogilvie suite with two rooms AND two FULL bathrooms and it's perfect! We would stay there a week if we could. Breakfast is superb. Location is perfect and they have bikes you can borrow that were great. Such a reasonable cost, I thought it was too good to be true, but it was amazing! I will go... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at Kia-Ora B & B last weekend while visiting Niagara on the Lake. We had a wonderful experience staying in the Stuart Room. The hosts were amazing. This was our first B & B experience and Shona made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable! She gave us great recommendations for bars & restaurants in the... More

This is my third stay at KIA Ora B & B in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake, and it is as lovely as ever. NOTL is a very special place and I start every day with a glorious breakfast of fresh fruit and home made scones & special egg surprises...all most delicious! The grounds are lovely - in the good weather I enjoy... More

This is a quaint and lovely B&B that is perfectly situated - close enough to town to walk to the shops in 10 minutes through the pretty residential area around this house. The B&B itself is a gorgeous historic building which really adds to the Niagara-on-the-Lake experience. Many of the newer B&B's lack that charm. We stayed for just one... More

Recently stayed here and had a pleasant stay. This is a historic house so there was some quirkiness and the bathrooms are quite small but the bedroom and sitting rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, scones and seasonal fare. The stroll to the main street was a pleasant one along pretty, tree-lined streets. A... More

My husband and I stayed at the KIA-ORA from July 22 - 24. We were in Niagara-on-the-Lake for a wedding taking place at the Pillar and Post. We chose KIA-ORA because it was close to the Pillar and Post and also from reading reviews on Trip Advisor. We booked the MacGregor Suite. We had our own private entrance and were... More

Our usual B&B was booked, so this one is new to us. Nice, friendly hosts, fabulous breakfast. Rooms were private, nice bedding, tiny ensuite bath. 10 minute walk to town. I'd stay again as the value is good for NOTL area, especially when you compare against some Inns where we've stayed at over $300 per night.

We stayed in the MacGregor Suite in May while visiting to attend some Shaw Fest plays - this suite is on the first floor and has it's own entrance from the outside, with a little front porch outside to sit on if you like. It has a separate sitting area with a fireplace, a comfortable bedrroom but a very small... More
