The reviews for this place are uniformly great for a reason. Actually, for many reasons. The location is superb, a two minute walk to Queen Street and a five minute walk to the Festival Theater. Our room was comfortable and had a large modern bathroom. We were on the second floor and could people watch from our balcony overlooking King... More

This is a true Tuscan home run by Carlotta from Florence Italy, together with her husband Kash in a prime location of Niagara-on-the-Lake. I am a frequent traveller to Italy and is very much indulged in their culture. La Toscana di Carlotta not only giving us an enjoyable stay for our holiday, but also make me feel like I am... More

We had a wonderful experince staying in this great little B&B. Perfectly located a block from the main street in Niagara-on-the-lake. Carlotta served a delicious Italian inspired breakfast with multiple courses and cappuccino . Carlotta, her husband Kash and her mother Shara took care of our every need and truely made us feel at home. Highly recomended!

We stayed at Carlottas, with another couple a few weeks ago, as part of a Shaw theatre getaway.. We have stayed at Carlottas numerous times and have been very pleased with the accommodations and hosts every time. Carlotta, Kash and momma make you feel at home, from the time you walk in the door until you leave. They create a... More

Once again Carlotta and Kash created a delightful experience. This B&B is charming, the rooms lovely, and the amenities very nice; the location can't be beat. But you can get that in lots of places. The prize here is the warmth and enthusiasm of Carlotta and Kash (and, we were lucky as Carlotta's super mom is in from Italy) who... More

We stayed at La Toscana di Carlotta in early July 2014. We traveled with my elderly parents - they had the first floor Botticelli suite, which was perfect for them as they did not need to navigate any stairs. We stayed in the Medici room on the second floor, which was perfectly lovely. First of all, Carlotta, Kash, and Sharah... More

Carlotta, Cash and the whole family were so welcoming and friendly, My wife and I were on our honeymoon and they had a bottle of Prosecco chilled upon our arrival. The breakfast each morning was amazing and very filling so you really didn't need much for lunch. Very quiet house, but a block away from the main area in Niagara.... More

A couple of weeks ago, my partner and I spent two nights at this delightful and constantly admired B&B facility. All of the praise is well earned and truly justified. That is , obviously , the reason that acquiring a reservation on the spur of the moment is generally impossible. But, never give up , it is well worth the... More
