Decided we would go to Niagara Falls for New Years Eve at the last minute. Of course, 100,000 other people already planned ahead so most hotels were already sold out, or only had rooms left that were between $600-$900 for the night. Used Booking.com and found this place had a couple of rooms left for about $300. Proximity was great,... More

My friends and I went to niagara falls for new years... yeah I know what you're thinking new years is really busy blah blah but it is unexceptable for the instances we experienced. First off the hotel called me to let me know that my card was declined and they as an exception held the room till we got there... More

Because we were staying Fri/Sat nights, my wife and I wanted a motel with a reasonable rating, good location and good price. This place fit that bill (there were less expensive rooms but all of them not walking distance to Clifton Hill or the falls). You certainly do get what you pay for though. Do not have high expectations here.... More

One of the dirtiest hotel ever been to. Looked like somebody had puked in the washroom night before and they did not clean properly. When I entered the room, it had smelled like you are in a dumpster. The staffs were not friendly. When I checked in, a 12-13 year old girl was in the reception, after about 10 mins... More

Avoid at all costs - no ice machine, owners trying to scam deposits, blaming customers for their old and inefficient doors and locks, tv and phones not plugged in, warm fridges, very limited toiletries, and leaking air conditioners.

PROS: the hotel is located between clifton hills and fallsview, so it is close to everything fun. red and blue lines of WEGO buses stop nearby. CONS: hotel shows there are swimming pool and gym, of course they do...but they are not working. those are used as storage rooms...not accessible for guests. A/C was not working, cracks on tiles in... More

- The front office lady was nice. However, there was no elevator and therefore had to go up three flights of stairs with heavy luggage. - The "balconies" need upkeep along with the the whole exterior of the building; dirty is the least. - The AC in my room did not work; it just kept blowing air from outside. It... More

Family run with family running all over, very unprofessional. Entire place smelled like curry and Indian food. No elevator, had to carry heavy loads up hot outdoor stairs. Stairs are uneven, kept tripping. Small step down into room which tripped us every time we opened the door. Nearly fell 3 times. Stairs were dirty and sticky. Needed extra towels and... More
