This is absolutely one of the best secrets of Niagara Falls, The room was extremely large and for the price we paid, we would've never expect this much. The steam shower was nice, the breakfast served in the room was good and right on time. The only thing I would say was missing is maybe a automatic door system to... More

We went for a 2 day getaway and had a really nice stay at the Sterling. This hotel is off the main strip but is certainly within walking distance of the Falls. We had a nice 10 minute walk down Clifton Hills and got to the Falls in no time. The main pros of this hotel are certainly the rooms... More

In terms of the hotel itself, nothing more to say, it is one of the best we have ever stayed before, very nicely appointed room and environment even comparing to some 4 stars big chain hotels in the region costs 2 times the money I stayed before. However, bad experience arrived the next morning. The included room service breakfast arrived,... More

First of all...the hotel is very quiet and even though there were a lot of people staying there..you never saw anyone or heard anyone..which is a plus compared to most hotels..where you hear every noise, especially people coming in at 2 in the morning drunk and slamming doors. The lady working at the desk when we arrived was not very... More

My wife and I went on a weekend getaway at the last minute from July 31 to August 1. We selected Sterling based on the Trip Advisor rating and the hotel amenities. They offered a Package that included the room, dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast in bed. Based on the room price alone ($280 Cdn as of July... More

My husband and I and another couple stayed at the Sterling Inn & Spa 7/26/10 thru 7/29/10. Thought we had done our research and was looking forward to staying here while vacationing in Niagara Falls. First the positives: Location is wonderful.....off the main strip but close walking. Room is large....like a studio apt. The rest is downhill. Minor details: many... More

Pros: free parking, large nicely decorated room, flat screen TV, fireplace, robes, large shower with steamer, free breakfast, friendly and helpful front desk. Cons: The bathroom was not laid out well. When you sat on the toilet, your knees were only a few inches from the shower door. Since I am only 5'4" and 120 lbs. I didn't have a... More

I don't think I can think of one bad thing to say about this hotel. I read some reviews before we left but did not experience any similar situations. We aren't high maintenance travellers anyway...we know we're staying in a hotel and not a resort - don't expect anyone to carry our luggage or cater to us. The staff was... More

...We just came back from a wonderful stay at the Sterling Inn. We have been to several places in Niagara before, however this is the best place we have even stayed at, hands down. Before our stay, I contacted Andre, the chief concierge, with any questions and concerns. I have never received a more courteous and thoughtful response from any... More

Hotel room was very nice - no carpeting (other hotels should take notice) , amazing bathroom and nice furniture - breakfast was so -so, (didnt like the breakfast served to the room) - I prefer a breakfast bar where I can go and get what I want and how much , quiet area of town close to all the atttractions....
