My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Niagara Falls. After finding a deal on travelocity, I read trip advisor reviews and decided to try it out. I was a bit nervous, but from the moment we got there, I could not have been happier. The rooms were HUGE and very nice. As other reviews stated,... More

The rooms are huge. Plenty of space. Everything is clean. Beds are European Kings (very firm) . The breakfast in bed option is a very nice treat, however Same day to day. There are no views from this hotel, but this only adds to the quiet atmosphere. As I've read, we too were also charged extra when checking out. Taxes... More

First of all the good points, - we where there early and after some confusion we where already allowed to check in - free parking at Hotel - free Internet, when working Unfortunately all of the above was the good to say. After reading all the great comments that Hotel had we had booked our room there expecting luxury combined... More

At first glance the room is beautiful with its modern, warm furnishings, fireplace, and wooden laminate floors. However, a closer look revels some severe neglect - the room's safe was obviously broken into with what looked like a crowbar! We found it shocking that something of such importance was overlooked, not to mention, this discovery had us questioning the safety... More

We were coming to Niagara for a family wedding, and thought we'd splurge for a bit of a retreat, and decided to try the Sterling Inn. We were attracted by the location (handy to the tourist strip and the event location), the room amenities (jacuzzi and big shower), and the Inn’s style (sorta cool). The rooms are large and spacious.... More

We stayed here in August 2014 and check-in was ready 30 minutes earlier. Our room (220) on the second floor faced the front parking lot and due to the bare view, we chose to leave our shutters closed. Room was very spacious with empty fridge/freezer perfect for your NOTL wine purchases. Selected the steam shower option which we got. Low... More

Free parking, good continental breakfast delivered to room, 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and/or Casino. Large living room (with a small wall mounted TV). Laminate floors throughout. Home Depot bathroom décor. A little run down in bathroom. A few of the halogen pot lights were out. Overall, not a bad experience, but nothing outstanding. Nothing that would "call" us... More

Great parking, nice tiled lobby, friendly service. The room was spacious, the bed was a California king and extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a Jacuzzi and a glass shower with body jet sprays. We had breakfast in bed for three days. The room was extremely comfortable and had great amenities such a massage, and spa. The only drawbacks, and... More

Nice hotel but over-priced for the experience. Our fireplace did not work either night (but staff offered a discount.) The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious both in floor area and height, but there was a step just beside the bed, a poor safety design when you had to feel your way in the dark to... More

My husband and I truly enjoyed the Sterling Inn, it had provided such comfort and privacy with an amazing quiet environment which we were able to appreciate. We did not need the use of a car because everything was in such close approximation and we were able to walk to nearly everything.
