Someone tried to sneak in the room from outside . Already I noticed most of the tenants were kind of crooked and low life , since booked online didn't have much choice. I was also charged extra 30 dollars for the night not mentioned anywhere. Do not keep any belongings in the room while you go out.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. I stayed here with my friends New Years Eve (2011) and it was definitly not worth the $230 they charged us. There were stains all over the carpets and the bed spread. The bathroom was disgusting and I refused to shower in there. The bed was terrible and very uncomfortable,... More

Said that it was within walking distance to the falls, It was about 20-25 minute walk. Which would have been fine if we did not have 2 small children making the walk with us. The room was dirty. There were holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. It stormed that night and in the morning the bathroom floor was flooded.... More

It was cold outside the night that we stayed there, and as a consequence, was very cold in the room. I spoke to the management about turning up the heat, but all he did was give... More

Was quoted a price by phone, but when we arrived it was different from what i was quoted. On the website it states casino shuttle across the road, but no shuttle except for lundy's lane (checked with info center)which is quite a few blocks away. TV had fuzzy reception which hubby fixed himself as there was no phone in the... More

My wife and I decided to stay in Niagara Falls on our trip to NYC for a quick visit. I looked up hotels on the Niagara Falls ON official visitors website and was able to book a room with a Queen Size bed for $45 Canadian tax included. Room was clean, everything was a five minute walk from hotel. No... More
