I like the Comfort Inn family, and have always had such a good experience, I am a member. This was below their standards. Room were VERY small, which is OK, we weren't in Niagara Falls to stay in the room. There is no microwave or fridge. It was clean and well kept, with a view of roofs and the street.... more

Rooms were very small and cramped. Overpriced at $199 per night. Only positive side is that it is a short walk from the falls. You have to pay for parking and the lot is pretty small. Spent one night at the Comfort Inn Fallsview and overall it was average. Rooms were nice and kept very clean but for the price we paid for only one night....found it very overpriced. They seem to take advantage of the long weekend. Parking is $9 for guests which is ridiculous. Guests should be given free parking . Your free breakfast... more

We got here on July 4th. We had such a long trip, as we drove straight thru 14 hours from the USA midwest. ALL the hotels were packed and we just wanted a room ANYWHERE! I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel over the 4th of July weekend on a group tour. The staff was welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The hotel room was exceptionally clean.
