We have stayed at several B&Bs and this was without question one of the best. Ann Marie (the owner) welcomes you into her home like family. This is not a faux B&B - Ann Marie not only lives there but she grows most of the ingredients that go into your breakfast every morning. The place has just a few rooms,... More

Ann Marie made any worries about newly-needing gluten free foods and still being able to enjoy staying at b and b's disappear. Not only did she know how to prepare some of the best gluten free breakfasts, but we could look out on her organic garden where some of the food was raised. Be sure and take a tour of... More

We booked 3 rooms here for our family vacation. It was our first bed and breakfast experience, and our last as it did not make a good impression at all. We had an autistic child with us, which we did advise in advance, and he was told upon arrival he had to make sure he was quiet....he was, but why... More

We stayed here with our 8 year old son. It was a convenient walk to all of the Niagara Falls action and nice quiet place to stay to relax when the day was done. We bought the Adventure Passes through Ann Marie and saved about $20 in taxes and fees. Breakfast was delicious!

If you are looking for a cozy, comfy and casual B&B, this is the place for you! It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood; a 5 minute drive to the center of the tourist district and 10 minutes to the falls. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Ann Marie, and cannot begin to tell you how delicious her... More

We went to Niagara Falls for our anniversary and stayed at the Victorian Charm. The room was a little small, but very clean and cozy. Anne Marie was very attentive and sweet. I am gluten free and dairy free. Each morning, I had the same breakfast as my husband, but the ingredients were modified to fit my needs. The meals... More

Anne Marie is charming, warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The room was neat, beautifully decorated, comfortably large with a balcony, and physically comfortable. We enjoyed her garden and conversation about travel and gardening. We expected great crepes from a Belgian-Canadian and we were not disappointed. We've stayed at many B&B's in the States and Europe and in our opinion Anne Marie... More

Thank you George and Connie! Your trip was so well planned I didn't even have to help. It was also fun to have 2 couples from Pennsylvania to chat with at breakfast! I do hope you'll come back. More

The B&B was quite charming, and was situated very conveniently near the Falls. Breakfast was rather good, and Anne Marie was also very kind! The only niggling issue I had was that the room layout was rather cramped, with little room to maneuver around the chairs and bed, but it certainly wasn't a dealbreaker. Would definitely go again (but this... More

Thank you for the compliments! Yes I admit that the Garden Room is shaped rather narrow and long but that's the quirks of Victorian Houses. Every room is different and unique. The addition of the balcony makes it much more roomier. I hope you'll come back and try another room! More

Anne Marie is so sweet and is lovely to talk to. We were in the Canadiana room, which was large for two people, but we rather enjoyed having a large room to ourselves. Anne Marie makes the BEST breakfasts I have had in a long time. She will make you a fantastic omelette and make crepes the next day with... More

Anne Marie was welcoming - although clearly tired after a busy season. We had the loft room which was indeed charmingly furnished - however, the air conditioning unit was very noisy, we had to choose between the noise or the heat. Was good for our teenage children to experience a B&B type accommodation (we stayed in lots of different style... More
