Just needed a room for the night & checked in at 6pm, room #2 on a sat. Night. Most hotel/motel were booked. Per owner carpets had just been steam cleaned the week before & true room smelled ok. 2 beds nice TV and workable bath that was clean, hot and cold water issues in the shower but Hey we only... Labor Day week weekend, no itinerary, no plan, just went for a ride to see the falls. Found this quaint motel in the middle of the city. Clean rooms, hot shower, WIFI, good prices, hospitable service. Every thing was within walking distance. What more could I ask for?

I read the reviews before staying here and figured people expected too much. My fiancé and I just needed a place to sleep and a hot shower. Other than that I could care less because we planned on being out all day and only there to sleep. I was very very wrong. The only plus about this place is the... More

I called to booked a room for New Years Eve 2 weeks before that night and was quoted $119 (or so I thought I was). I was told to call back and re-confirm my room even though I left a credit card #. So I called the day before and when confirming was told my rate would be $199! I... More

horrible horrible horrible. Filthy and smelly, extremely bad service. Run as far away as you can from this place! These are certainly not acceptable living conditions. Not worth the 80 dollars at all.

Chosen according to the advice of Lonely Planet, the experience in this motel is one of the worst experience in my life ever. The room was dirty, smelly and dark. The neighbors were searched and arrested by police. High value for money. It should be denounced the Lonely Planet and its false description of the motel!

For around $80, but I think it was less, you get a roof over your head and a close proximity to the casinos. There was no TV, no hot water, and everything was ancient, but we spent a grand total of 8 hours in the room. No fuss, no muss in this retro throwback.

Got my money back after many complaints - took a lot of energy, but finally got a refund for my second unused night at the Cadillac.

I asked for a non-smoking room and the sheets, blanket and pillows reeked of cigarette smoke. I wasn't expecting the Ritz for the price but I WAS expecting clean bedding. I slept without pillows or blankets. The smell of the room was terrible but they were booked so I couldn't even change rooms. It was cheap to stay, so I guess... More

Good things first: cadillac spots a central location and is easily accessible. big, clean rooms with tv, microwave and bathroom. great for those who fancy retro touch. bad sides: very badly insulated, the cold comes right in. it is quite loud as well, I could actually understand what people were talking out on the parking lot. and you can hear...
