Stayed for 4 nights in the Courtyard in Niagara Falls Canada in September 2014. Nice rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices, great buffet. This hotel is in a great location close to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Customs, Downtown eating establishments, Shopping stores, CN Tower and much more. This is a must visit for all and I would recommend this... More

Never in my life have I gone to a motel and had to pay for parking in the lot and that was just the beginning. We were told that he only got paid 18- 20 dollars a night for the room but we paid over $ 60 including the $ 8.00 for parking. He told us if we didn't like... More

We stayed at this hotel in July 2013, we reserved three rooms for our group through Priceline. The rooms all had different problems including but not limited to... broken bed, no air conditioning, terrible smell, extremely dirty, leaking tub/sink, TV not working, smoke alarm going off because of a hairdryer or coffeemaker (which we brought with us) and the list... We prepaid for 2 nights. Arrived on the first night to see nothing but filth!! There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, there were splatters of who knows what on the walls, stains on the carpets, yellow pillows, we were afraid to even sit down! Due to the fact that there were no other hotels with open rooms... More

PLEASE do not go to this dump, you will be sorry. Every thing is bad:rooms are very small, smells bad, only 5 TV channels, water leaks in bathroom, beds very uncomfortable, parking will cost you out of your pocket "scam". Here is the scam: Say you reserve the rooms here: The manager at your arrival will offer to show you... More

This place is HORRIBLE. It is an unsafe, unhealthy, filthy disgusting place. The front desk is rude! Mahamad was at the front desk, wouldn't attend to us because we had arrived early and he turned us away! The room was filthy. Microwave had splattered food, carpet and furniture had dark dirty spots, bedding was ripped, sheets and pillows had spots.... More

Formerly know as the Camelot Inn, this place met all of our expectations! Our stay was very enjoyable and the staff was otherwise flawless, particularly Mo. We were allowed special access to the pool at any time, no noise complaints, and the beautiful decor satisfied our every aesthetic need. Slept great, complimentary almonds and hookah, and enough space in our... More
