Too much noice, To many people in many room. Unit 15 ,my friend and I we count at least 16 adults in that room. No shampoo, no heated pool as advised but 14 kids in the pool with no supervising...no phone in the room, no fridge..$5.oo bag of ice....no micro-wave......
